Window Treatment Showplace is a full service window treatment provider with over 25 years of experience decorating Massachusetts. We can repair all major name brand window coverings such as Hunter Douglas, Comfortex, Graber and Nanik as well as custom made treatments.

Here is how the process works:

Whether you drop of the treatments with us or schedule a service call with one of our install technicians we will inspect your non working treatments and determine the best course of action for you: either to repair or replace.

In many cases the repair can be made on site and your treatment reinstalled in your window the same day. If we cannot repair your treatment in our store or on site we will coordinate shipping the treatment back to the manufacturer for factory repair. Additional shipping and handling may apply. Window Treatment Showplace is fully insured and you can rest assured we will provide exceptional, convenient, and timely service.

Please note that all window covering manufacturers redesign their existing products to meet new industry standards for function and or safety reasons. In some instances parts will not be available for repair, and modifications to allow the window coverings to meet new standards may not be cost effective. Not all window treatments are designed to be serviced and therefore in some cases cannot be repaired.
